1. ARE YOUR SKIN CARE PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Yes, we use only organic, natural and wild crafted ingredients. Vegan. We do have a couple of products that are NOT Vegan. Please your product label for confirmation.

2. DOES YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS?

Formulated without any Parabens, Dyes or Harsh Chemicals AND No Animal Testing.

3. HIGH FASHION IMPACT ON OUR BRAND?

Pink and Brown is excited to announce its soon-coming fashion + beauty collaboration with designer, Monica Lynn Sadler, entitled “Sassy + Sexy”. This bold, trend-setting modern crochet has been designed to complement our brand with an elegant, yet sexy vibe. Monica’s brand prioritizes the incorporation of natural fibers in her design and maintains corporate sustainability. More exciting details to come.

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Delivery time will depend upon your desired method of shipping.

5. WILL MY SHIPMENT BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19?

We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped on schedule, nonetheless, unforeseen delays can occur. Should your order experience any delays, we will send additional communications with updated delivery information.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, USPS is taking longer than usual to process and ship orders. Should you choose USPS as a delivery method, we are not responsible, nor can we control how quickly USPS scans, sorts and delivers your package. If your package is taking too long to be delivered, call 1-800-ASK-USPS and provide them with your tracking information.

5. WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR IF THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED?

Please contact us at hello@pinkandbrownbeauty.com with your order number, description of the damage or defect and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

5. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of its placement by emailing hello@pinkandbrownbeauty.com. If you are contacting us outside this window, we are unable to cancel your order.

5. DO YOU HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAM?

Oh yes! Pink & Brown Beauty offers a loyalty program that rewards you with points each time you purchase online products. The loyalty program allows customers to store their money in a digital wallet. The customers will receive their cashback amount in their wallet account and can use the wallet money for purchasing products from the online store.
