1. Are your skincare products vegan?
Yes, almost all of our products are vegan. We use only organic, natural and wild crafted ingredients.
2. DOES YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS?
Formulated without any Parabens, Dyes or Harsh Chemicals AND No Animal Testing.
3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Delivery time will depend upon your desired method of shipping.
4. WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR IF THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED?
Please contact us at hello@pinkandbrownbotanicals.com with your order number, description of the damage or defect and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
5. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of its placement by emailing hello@pinkandbrownbotanicals.com. If you are contacting us outside this window, we are unable to cancel your order.
6. DO YOU HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAM?
Oh yes! Pink & Brown Beauty offers a loyalty program that rewards you with points each time you purchase online products. The loyalty program allows customers to store their money in a digital wallet. The customers will receive their cashback amount in their wallet account and can use the wallet money for purchasing products from the online store.
